Your cutter is machined, anodized in your color and assembled by hand — usually 4 to 6 weeks.

Shipping is included within the continental US. For Alaska, Hawaii and international orders, Mark will quote shipping for your address.

Does the cutter come with a cartridge?
Yes. One cartridge is included in the $840, in any size you choose from #2 to #32. More cartridges are $290 each, in any size.
Do you ship outside the continental US?
Yes. Shipping is included within the continental US. For Alaska, Hawaii and international orders, Mark will quote shipping for your address.
How long does it take?
Usually 4 to 6 weeks. Every cutter is built to order.
How can I pay?
By check or money order.
Which cut size should I start with?
It depends on the work you do. Call Mark, describe what you make, and he’ll help you choose. There’s also a full size guide.
Which color is most popular?
Purple is the most requested. All four finishes are the same machine, so choose the one you like.
How do I clean it?
Blow it out, or use compressed air.
Do the blades need sharpening?
No. The blades never need to be sharpened.
What if something is wrong with it?
Mark stands behind every cutter he makes. If you ever have a problem with it, he’ll make it right. If your cutter ever needs to come back to Mark for a repair, you cover the shipping both ways.
